The Libyan Sea Mediterranean charms are enhanced by the fresh highland aromatic tang of the Green Mountains in the northeast, the Nafousa mountain range in the northwest and the mysterious thrills of vast stretches of desert land down below them. It is quite obvious that the Libyan seaside is exceptionally stretched along the northern rim looking onto the Mediterranean Sea, and having the unique blend of desert dryness with the freshness of the sea, the summer season in Libya is also exceptionally long. This simple fact has given the Libyan seaside its rich tourist quality and exploration potentials in an assorted range of interests. The virgin golden sandy beaches that are seldom walked on. The possibilities to indulge in various sea sports; swimming, scuba diving and wind surfing, in addition to free sunbathing and picnic excursions. Although there are a number of seaside resorts established close to towns and villages, people always tend to explore their way and seek crude beaches for the pleasure of exploration and away from conventional crowds in resorts and tourist villages.
